Our own figures per quarter: which damage is claimed, how much, and how often travellers get money back. Anonymous and free to use under CC BY 4.0.

The first edition appears after the first full quarter with enough cases. Until then, this page explains how we will count.

How we count

Only cases where the customer agreed to anonymous statistics.
No names, email addresses or booking numbers; only company, country, quarter, amount and outcome.
We publish a figure only when it is based on at least 20 cases.
Outcomes come from customers who report them, so they are an indication, not a full picture.
